Our Origin Story

Little Light Coffee Co. began as just that — a small idea with a bigger purpose behind it. What started as a vision has turned into the process of building out a mobile coffee trailer, piece by piece, decision by decision. From choosing the layout to figuring out what drinks to serve, every part of this process has been intentional.

The goal was never just to create a coffee stand. It was to build something that feels welcoming, simple, and meaningful — a space where people can slow down for a moment, enjoy a good drink, and feel taken care of.

There’s been a lot of learning along the way. From navigating permits and planning the setup, to testing different drink combinations and figuring out what works best, the process has been both challenging and rewarding. It’s not always perfect, but that’s part of what makes it real.

At the heart of Little Light is a deeper purpose — to bring light into everyday moments. The name comes from the idea that even something small can make a difference, whether that’s a kind interaction, a well-made drink, or simply showing up with intention.
